Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
°2 tablespoons of cornstarch
°1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
°1/4 teaspoon baking powder
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°3/4 cup of water
Preparation:
Sift the dry ingredients.
Add water and mix well.
Used to wrap fish or chicken fillets.
Cover the fish completely.
Fry until it becomes a nice golden brown colour.
